Terms of Service

Welcome to Hillstone Web Solutions, LLC. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Hillstone Web Solutions, LLC's services. By engaging our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

1. Services

Hillstone Web Solutions, LLC provides web development services, including but not limited to Web Design & Development, Front-End Development, Back-End Development, and Website Maintenance & Optimization. The specific scope of services, deliverables, and timelines for each client will be detailed in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement.

2. Payment Terms

Fees for services will be set out in the SOW. Payments are typically due on a recurring monthly basis, in advance of the service period. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services. All payments made to Hillstone Web Solutions, LLC are non-refundable.

3. Client Obligations

The client agrees to provide Hillstone Web Solutions, LLC with all necessary access to information, data, and digital assets required to perform the agreed-upon services. This may include access to website backends, social media accounts, and advertising platforms. The client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of all materials provided to us.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all information concerning the business, affairs, customers, clients, or suppliers of the other party. This obligation persists even after the termination of the service agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Hillstone Web Solutions, LLC will make every effort to achieve the desired outcomes for our clients. However, we do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or return on investment, as these are subject to factors beyond our control (e.g., software/platform changes). In no event shall Hillstone Web Solutions, LLC be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with our services.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice, typically 30 days in advance, as specified in the SOW. Upon termination, the client is responsible for all fees incurred up to the effective date of termination.

7. Governing Law

These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hillstone Web Solutions, LLC is registered, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.
